Refund and Return Policy for The Affair
At The Affair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product, and we will either provide a replacement product or issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges or returns for non-damaged products at this time.
Item/s marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty. Please note, If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
